Information collected

Order information: name, email, shipping address, and order details, collected to fulfill your order.
Payment information: payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Eric Robb RC.
Contact messages: if you email or use the contact form, your message and email address are used to reply to you.
Site analytics: this site measures its own traffic first-party — pages visited, how you arrived (referrer), approximate location (country/region/city), device and browser type, and time on site. A random identifier is stored in your browser; no third-party trackers or advertising cookies are used, IP addresses are not stored, and your browser's Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control settings are honored (no data is collected when they're enabled).
Flight Doctor (the AI troubleshooter): what you type is sent to an AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) to generate the answer, and is not used to train their models. Conversations are not stored on this site and are gone when you close the page. To stop the tool being abused, a one-way salted hash of your IP address — never the address itself — is kept for up to about a month to count requests. The guided troubleshooter on the same page sends nothing anywhere and runs entirely in your browser.

How it's used

Your information is used only to process orders, ship products, send order and product updates, and answer your questions. It is not sold.

Third parties

Order and payment processing use trusted services such as Stripe for payments and shipping carriers for delivery. These providers handle your data under their own policies.

You can ask what information is held about you, or ask for it to be removed, by emailing eric@ericrobbrc.com.
