Preorder Policy

This policy governed the first-batch preorder (closed Aug 17, 2026) for a small-batch hobby electronics product, and continues to apply in full to those orders. New units are built in small runs by request.

What a preorder meant

A first-batch preorder reserved a unit from the first production batch. Preorders helped determine how many units to build and whether there was enough interest to keep improving the product.

Estimated dates may shift

Estimated shipping dates may shift if manufacturing, parts, assembly, testing, or shipping takes longer than expected. Customers will receive updates if there are major delays.

First-batch nature

Final board or case appearance may vary slightly from prototype photos.
First-batch units may receive small improvements based on testing and feedback.
This is designed for hobby RC projects only — not for full-size aircraft or safety-critical systems.

Compatibility is your responsibility

The controller is designed for 12V WS2815 addressable RGB LED strips. If you are unsure whether your LED strip will work, send me the product link before ordering.
