Everything in the shop is made or cut here and posted from the bench. At checkout you choose how it travels, and the price of that choice is shown before you pay.
An order of servo lead labels alone ships in a plain envelope by ordinary US mail for a flat $2, however many packs are in it. The labels are the one thing light and flat enough for this; nothing else in the shop offers it.
There is no tracking and no insurance on the envelope. It is the cheap, honest way to post a few grams of parts: I hand it to the post office and neither of us can follow it after that. Almost all of them arrive in a few days. If yours has not arrived three weeks after I tell you it was posted, email me and I will tell you what I can do; what I cannot do is trace it. If you would rather have tracking and insurance, pick the mailer below at checkout instead.
The connector safety locks, the XT60 battery status caps, the control linkage kit and the wiring bundle ship in a padded mailer by US mail for a flat $6.99, with tracking emailed to the address on your order and the contents insured. One mailer covers the whole order, however much is in it, and an order that mixes labels with any of these ships in the mailer too. A label-only order can be upgraded to the same mailer at checkout: both choices are shown side by side, even for a single label kit, with the envelope selected unless you change it.
The ER Sparrow Mk II pre-cut kit ships flat in a long box by USPS Ground Advantage for a flat $14.99 anywhere in the US, with tracking emailed to the address on your order. An order with a kit in it ships as one tracked box: anything small in the same order rides in the box for no extra charge.
If you are near me, the small parts can be handed over or dropped off instead of posted: choose local hand-off at checkout and I will email to arrange it. The kit box does not offer this at checkout; email me before ordering if you want to collect a kit.

If something arrives damaged, or the wrong thing arrives, email a photo and I will put it right. For an untracked envelope that never arrives, see above: I cannot trace it, but email me and we will talk. A tracked, insured mailer that never arrives or arrives damaged is a claim I file, not you: email me the order number and a photo if there is damage, and I will send a replacement or a refund.
