Before your order ships

If you need to cancel before your unit ships, contact me and I'll cancel and refund your order.

If the product can't be produced

If the product cannot be produced, or there is a major production issue, customers will be contacted and given options, including a refund.

After your order ships

Once an order has shipped, returns and refunds depend on the condition of the unit and the nature of the issue. If your controller arrives damaged, dead on arrival, or not working as described, email me with photos/video and your order details and we'll make it right.

What's not covered

• Damage from incorrect wiring, over-voltage, water exposure without waterproofing, or crashes.
• Using incompatible LED strips (the controller is for 12V WS2815 addressable RGB LED strips).
• Normal hobby wear, modification, or misuse.

Digital products (plan sets)

Digital plan sets (like the ER Sparrow Mk II — 30-Inch One-Hour Trainer CAD Plan Set) are delivered as downloadable files and are not refundable once purchased. If a file arrives corrupted or you have trouble downloading it, email me and I'll get you working files.
