RC Servo Lead
Heat-Shrink Label Kit

Know Exactly What Plugs Where.

Stop tracing servo wires through your airplane every time you’re working around the receiver. These heat-shrink labels give each lead a clean, permanent ID so you can instantly identify Aileron, Elevator, Rudder, Throttle, Flaps, Gear, Aux channels and other connections.

Choose 30 labels for a few airplanes, or stock your workbench with the 90-label Builder Pack.

Why it exists

Stop Guessing Which Wire Is Which

A receiver bay can turn into a pile of nearly identical servo leads fast. Instead of following every wire back through the airplane, label each connection while you’re building it.

Slide the label over the connector, position it near the receiver end of the lead, apply heat, and you’re done.

  • Faster setupIdentify connections instantly.
  • Cleaner buildsProfessional-looking wiring without tape or handwritten tags.
  • Less guessingKnow exactly what you’re plugging into your receiver.
Installation

Three steps, one lead at a time

  1. 1
    Slide it on

Slide the heat-shrink label over the servo connector and onto the wire.

  2. 2
    Position it

Move the label where you want it, normally near the receiver-side connector.

  3. 3
    Shrink it

Apply controlled heat until the sleeve shrinks securely around the wire.

Finished: the label sits just behind the plug.

Heat with care. Use normal heat-shrink practice and avoid overheating servo wires, connectors or nearby components.

Build More? Buy Once.

If you regularly build, repair, modify or maintain RC airplanes, a 30-pack disappears quickly.

The 90-label Builder Pack gives you three times the labels at a significantly lower cost per label, with extra quantities of the connections RC builders use most.

Building Something More Complicated?

Jets, giant-scale airplanes, multi-motor builds, lighting systems, smoke systems, bomb drops, retract controllers and custom electronics don’t always fit the standard channel list.

Label It. Then Lock It.

Once every lead says what it is, keep every extension plugged in. The RC Servo Connector Safety Locks fit around a joined servo connection so it does not work loose out in a wing.

Common questions

Questions before you order

They are designed to slide over common RC servo-style connectors before shrinking. If you are using an unusually large or housed connector, measure first — compatibility beyond standard servo plugs has not been confirmed.
Before. Slide the sleeve over the connector, move it onto the lead where you want it, then shrink it. Once shrunk it stays put.
Yes. The Custom 30-Pack lets you type the text for all thirty labels, up to twelve characters each, in any mix of quantities that adds up to thirty.
Ailerons are one of the most commonly used servo connections, and many builders either run separate left and right aileron channels or have several airplanes. Six AIL labels covers most of those situations without running short.
Yes. They can go anywhere on a compatible lead where the sleeve can be slid over the connector before it is shrunk, including extensions and Y-leads.
Yes. Use two labels per lead from the Standard pack, or build a Custom pack with the quantities doubled for the channels you want marked at both ends.
No. They arrive as open sleeves, ready to slide over your connector so you can position and shrink them on your own wires.
